Electro-hydrostatic actuator (EHA) is an important type of power-by-wire (PBW) which a highly integrated closed volume control system with the advantages high reliability, efficiency and easy maintenance. However, under heavy load conditions, large amount heat EHA motor produces affects system’s working time even life, restricts widespread application systems. In order to solve problem heating contradiction between dynamics system, novel active load-sensitive principle structure proposed based on principle. The (ALS-EHA) dual variable consisting pump main loop loop. As for latter, pressure introduced into special designed optimized fellow valve (PFV). outlet connected plunger swash plate mechanism. displacement actively adjusted by controlling current input PFV. two-degree-of-freedom cooperative output flow can be implemented adjusting speed displacement. An energy optimal robust law fuzzy disturbance compensation presented architecture. simulation results show that ALS-EHA in this paper effectively reduce while ensuring dynamic performance system.
